As a Business Analytics Consultant Senior within PNC's Data, Modeling & Analytics Decision Infrastructure organization, you will be based in Charlotte, NC.
Preferred Skills/Experience:
Deep hands-on experience implementing and governing business rules engines such as FICO Decision Modeler and Experian PowerCurve in regulated environments.
Proven ability to design, govern, and maintain enterprise-scale system integrations across APIs, messaging, and batch pipelines.
Ownership of API lifecycle management, including design standards, testing, versioning, and maintenance.
Strong leadership within Agile frameworks, influencing delivery practices and technical standards.
Experience establishing data governance, validation frameworks, logging, and documentation standards.
Strong background in CI/CD automation for data and analytics workflows.
Proven experience validating production changes through real-time and batch monitoring tools.
Ability to rapidly understand and influence complex ecosystems, including codebases, data flows, and portfolio-level business logic.
Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to translate complex technical trade-offs into actionable business outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to mentor engineers and raise technical standards across teams.

  • Leverages complex analytical tools to provide business and technical expertise for the analytics process, tools and useful applications across multiple functions or business units to create data driven solutions.
  • Consulting to clients on tool and strategy implementation and monitoring, statistical scoring, business intelligence, data quality, and analytical product / solution development.
  • Determining the optimal analytic approach and supporting development, implementation and enhancements.
  • Conceptualizing, developing and continuously optimizing analytical solutions for business leadership to enable data driven decision making.
  • Analyze results and make recommendations for key business partners and senior management or communicate conclusions from complex analytical solutions to a wide range of audiences.
