Job Title: Business Analyst - Brokerage Trading System, OMS & Azure
Location: Chicago, IL

Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Business Analyst with strong experience in Brokerage Trading Systems, Order Management Systems (OMS), and Azure cloud platform. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, trading teams, and technical teams to gather requirements, analyze trading workflows, and support the development and implementation of scalable trading solutions.
Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to brokerage trading platforms.
  • Work closely with trading, operations, and technology teams to improve Order Management System (OMS) workflows.
  • Analyze trading lifecycle processes including order creation, routing, execution, allocation, and settlement.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
  • Support system integration between trading platforms, OMS, and cloud infrastructure.
  • Collaborate with development teams for solution design and implementation on Azure.
  • Conduct UAT (User Acceptance Testing) and ensure solutions meet business requirements.
  • Identify process improvements and recommend automation and optimization opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with financial industry regulations and best practices.
Required Skills & Experience
  • 6+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Capital Markets or Brokerage domain.
  • Strong experience with Brokerage Trading Systems and Order Management Systems (OMS).
  • Understanding of equity trading, trade lifecycle, order routing, and execution management.
  • Experience working with Microsoft Azure cloud platform.
  • Strong experience in requirement gathering, process mapping, and documentation.
  • Knowledge of Agile / Scrum methodologies.
  • Experience working with APIs, data integration, and trading data analysis.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
