We are headquartered in Silicon Valley and serve clients across the U.S. ATR provides a suite of services including temporary and temp-to-perm staffing, direct placement, and payroll services. We understand how to operate effectively within managed staffing programs and have significant experience working with leading VMS and MSP providers. Our clients range from emerging start-ups to large corporations.
Job Description
Top Daily Responsibilities:
1. Liaison with Vendor for early out collection
2. Administrative and Technical support for telephony system
3. Client HC Resolute research
4. Call Operations Workflows
The position will support Senior Business Process Manager to support operational verticals with PFS:
1. Position will provide subject matter expertise for PFS initiatives and operational priorities from a technical systems perspective as well as operational business workflow and analytics.
2. Position will be focused on call support, non-member early out, statements, bad debt operations, including liaison with vendor, status reporting, executive summary reports and graphing and process workflows.
Required/Desired Skills:
1. Experience Level: BA or BS required plus minimum 3+ years of direct relevant experience
