Overview

We’re looking for a hands-on Enterprise Analytics Platform Lead, BI & Fabric to own and scale our Power BI and Microsoft Fabric ecosystem at Wrench Group. This is a high-impact role where you’ll shape how data is used across Finance, Operations, HR, Marketing, and Executive Leadership.

You’ll combine deep technical expertise + platform ownership + strategic thinking to deliver trusted, scalable, and AI-enabled analytics across the enterprise.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do
  • Own Power BI end-to-end: governance, workspaces, deployment pipelines, performance, and user experience
  • Build and scale executive dashboards, scorecards, and enterprise reporting across Finance, Operations, HR, and Marketing
  • Design and manage semantic models and KPI frameworks—creating a trusted, consistent metric layer across the business
  • Architect and optimize our Microsoft Fabric environment (lakehouse, pipelines, dataflows, OneLake)
  • Ensure data quality, security, and governance standards (RLS, lineage, certification, access controls)
  • Partner with Data Engineering and business leaders to deliver analytics that drive decisions and outcomes
  • Integrate and scale AI-enabled capabilities (Copilot, natural language query, predictive insights)
  • Continuously improve performance, scalability, and usability of the analytics platform
  • Enable the organization through training, documentation, and self-service best practices

Qualifications

What You Bring
  • 8+ years in business intelligence, analytics, or data engineering
  • Deep hands-on expertise with Power BI (DAX, semantic modeling, governance, performance tuning)
  • Experience building or supporting Microsoft Fabric, Azure, Databricks, or similar data platforms
  • Strong SQL and data modeling skills with experience creating scalable, analytics-ready datasets
  • Proven ability to own and govern an enterprise analytics platform (data quality, lineage, access, standards)
  • Experience translating complex data into clear, actionable insights for business leaders
  • Exposure to AI/GenAI in analytics environments is a plus
  • Strong communication and stakeholder influence skills across technical and executive audiences
