Job description

Description

Bethel Farms is a family-owned company with over 4,500 acres of turfgrass production in Florida.

Our mission is simple: "Honoring God, growing better everyday."

This team is committed to excellence, innovation, teamwork, and providing premium-quality turfgrass with outstanding retail experiences for our customers.

We are seeking a Manager of Replenishment & Analytics to lead day-to-day replenishment operations while driving sales growth and uncovering operational insights across the business. This role is not only responsible for executing replenishment strategies, but also for identifying missed sales opportunities, improving inventory productivity, and bringing visibility to key cost drivers across the organization. This individual will lead the replenishment analyst team while developing reporting and analytics that highlight opportunities others may miss. The ideal candidate combines strong analytical thinking, supply chain experience, and a proactive, business-minded approach-someone who can connect data to revenue growth, cost control, and operational performance across multiple functions.

We offer a supportive team environment with competitive pay, 401k, paid time off, paid holidays, flexible scheduling, growth opportunities, and insurance (medical, dental, vision, short and long-term disability). If you are interested, apply today!

Responsibilities

 Sales Growth & Opportunity Identification

  • Analyze sell-through performance and recommend actions to capture incremental sales.
  • Monitor and flag underperforming locations, SKUs, or programs with clear action plans.
  • Identify missed sales opportunities across stores, markets, and regions using data and performance trends.
  • Partner with Sales, Field Teams, and Leadership to drive revenue growth through improved in-stock positioning, assortment decisions, and timing strategies.

Replenishment Operations & Team Leadership

  • Continuously evaluate shipment timing, inventory levels, and replenishment strategies to improve performance.
  • Collaborate with field teams, growers, transportation, and retail partners to align replenishment plans with operational realities.
  • Lead and develop the replenishment analyst team responsible for order planning and execution across retail locations nationwide.
  • Establish clear performance expectations, KPIs, and accountability standards aligned with sales growth and inventory productivity.
  • Oversee order planning processes to maximize sell-through, minimize shrink, and maintain strong in-stock performance under a pay-by-scan model.

Cost Visibility & Operational Analytics

  • Develop reporting and insights that highlight cost drivers and inefficiencies across the business.
  • Analyze and key metrics such as Labor productivity cost per acre by farm (fertilizer, chemical, and supply inputs), waste, shrink, and non-productive spending
  • Partner with operations and finance teams to identify opportunities for cost reduction and productivity improvement.
  • Build tools and reporting that bring transparency to areas of the business that are currently difficult to measure.

Forecasting & Demand Planning

  • Improve forecast accuracy through ongoing analysis and iteration.
  • Partner with leadership to evaluate volume plans, identify risks, and recommend adjustments.
  • Support development and refinement of demand planning methodologies using historical sales data, weather trends, and performance analytics.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Partner with IT and data teams to enhance data models, pipelines, and reporting automation.
  • Establish scalable reporting standards that enable faster and better decision-making across the organization.
  • Lead development and maintenance of reporting tools and dashboards within Power BI, Excel, and more.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights that influence decisions across departments.

Process Improvement & Innovation

  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and curiosity within the team.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline manual processes through automation and improved workflows.
  • Support development of internal tools and analytics capabilities that enhance speed and accuracy.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Provide analytical support for planning cycles, performance reviews, and strategic initiatives.
  • Act as a key partner in identifying both revenue opportunities and cost-saving initiatives across the organization.
  • Work closely with Supply Chain, Sales, Finance, Operations, and Executive Leadership to align strategies with business objectives.

Requirements

  • 5 to 8+ years of experience in replenishment, supply chain analytics, demand planning, or retail operations.
  • Prior experience leading or mentoring analysts or operational teams.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Power BI, SQL or relational databases
  • Strong proficiency in Advanced Excel (Power Pivot, Power Query)
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
  • Strong business acumen with a focus on both revenue growth and cost control.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience supporting large retail partners or multi-location replenishment environments.
  • Familiarity with perishables, agriculture, or seasonal inventory models.
  • Experience analyzing operational cost structures (labor, materials, productivity).
  • Experience with automation tools, AI-driven analytics, or modern data platforms.

Leadership Expectations

  • Strong coach and team developer.
  • Comfortable operating in a fast-moving, evolving environment.
  • Ownership mindset with a strong focus on results and accountability.
  • Ability to connect data to real business outcomes (sales, cost, productivity).
  • Naturally curious and proactive in identifying problems and opportunities others miss.
