  • Connect engagement to business outcomes – You will measure how traffic sources, content, and digital journeys influence account openings, applications, fundings, deposits, and relationship growth.
  • Own ambiguous performance questions – You will move from broad business problems to structured analysis, clear findings, and practical recommendations.
  • Influence across functions – You will work closely with Marketing, Product, UX, Technology, and Analytics partners to improve public site performance.
  • Tell the story behind the data – You will translate complex analytics into executive-ready narratives that help leaders make decisions.

What You’ll Do

  • Partner with Marketing, Product, UX, Technology, and Analytics teams to define public website performance questions, success metrics, and priorities.
  • Analyze customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, retention, cross-sell, and relationship growth across public website journeys.
  • Measure key funnel outcomes, including visitor-to-application, application starts, application completions, account openings, account fundings, and deposit growth attribution.
  • Conduct funnel, behavioral, and journey diagnostics to identify drop-off, friction, abandonment, navigation patterns, content engagement, and opportunities to improve conversion.
  • Translate analytics findings into recommendations that improve customer experience and business performance.
  • Develop clear, executive-ready stories that explain what is happening, why it matters, and what actions the business should take.

What You Bring

  • Communication and storytelling strength with the ability to turn data, dashboards, and complex analyses into clear recommendations and executive-ready narratives.
  • Business and marketing acumen, including an understanding of how marketing efforts drive customer acquisition, engagement, conversion, and business growth.
  • Banking product familiarity, including consumer and business banking products such as checking, savings, deposits, lending, and digital banking experiences.
  • Analytical problem solving and experimentation mindset with the ability to define the right question, structure ambiguous problems, identify root causes, and recommend practical next steps.
  • Digital performance analytics experience across funnels, traffic sources, campaigns, landing pages, audience segments, customer journeys, and conversion outcomes.
  • Stakeholder management and collaboration with the ability to build trusted relationships across Marketing, Product, UX, Technology, and Analytics teams.
  • Technical fluency with large datasets, SQL, Python or R, business intelligence tools, and digital analytics platforms.
  • Curiosity and learning agility with a desire to understand customer behavior, market trends, emerging search capabilities, and new digital measurement approaches.

The Impact

Your work will help improve:

  • Customer acquisition, application starts, completions, account openings, and fundings
  • Channel performance, attribution, and acquisition efficiency
  • Conversion rate optimization, testing effectiveness, and personalization performance
