This Enterprise Operations (EO) position supports the Lockheed Martin Space division located at the Huntsville, AL facility.
This position will provide Software Asset Management with responsibility for successfully maintaining day to day operational support as it relates to Software Asset Management and Problem ticket coordination.
The Position will integrate with user community, Desktop, Server, IT Procurement teams to successfully plan, support, coordinate, and track software assets throughout the software asset's lifecycle from procurement to deployment, to maintenance, and disposition. Familiar working in a virtual environment.
Daily activities include data analysis, and reporting; customer service, producing monthly metrics, ticket routing and maintenance of software asset information in asset management databases.
