Job description

PURVIS Systems is a technology solutions partner that develops, implements and maintains mission-critical solutions for federal and local government agencies.

We have an immediate opening for a Management Analyst to support our client, 100% on-site at their location in Bethesda, MD. This role has an immediate start date.
The day-to-day responsibilities will include:
  • Coordinate staff project’s weekly and monthly status reports.
  • Perform planning functions for project reviews.
  • Attend meeting and draft/generate meeting reports and distribute to the team for review and comment, incorporate comments and distribute final report.
  • Collect and document action items and distribute reports/track action items/action item resolutions.
  • Support the development and updates of project schedules.  Assist in implementation of suggestion and action item resolutions.
  • Analyzing excel financial spreadsheets and word documents.
  • Develop plans and agenda for projects meetings.  Organize and make arrangements for business meetings.
  • Assist in budget preparation and cost tracking across multiple divisions.
  • Create process maps and tracking protocols for staff's daily work tasks.
  • Create executive level presentations and dashboard.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or technical discipline required. Four years of related experience may be substituted for a Bachelor's degree.
  • Six years management analysis experience.
  • Must have experience with Smartsheet as a Project Management tool.
  • Task management for staff workflows,
  • Excellent Powerpoint skills, including preparing and presenting presentations.
  • Experience with entire Microsoft Office/Teams Suite (i.e., Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Microsoft Project Management).
  • Experience with Sharepoint.
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and written and oral communication skills.
 
Candidate will be required to complete a position of trust background investigation.
