Job Title:ย Business Analyst/Product Owner

Location: Hybrid

Job Summary:

Seeking aย Product Owner / Business Analystย with strongย Guidewire Policy Administrationย andย General Liabilityย insurance experience to support a large-scale Policy Admin transformation project. The candidate will serve as theย customer proxyย to Agile teams, owning and prioritizing the backlog, defining acceptance criteria, and ensuring solutions align with program goals and business value.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support 1โ€“2 Agile Scrum teams on medium to large initiatives.
  • Define, refine, and prioritize the product backlog; create user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Collaborate with Product Managers and stakeholders to ensure business alignment.
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies and PI planning.
  • Drive continuous improvement and ensure high-quality product delivery.

Required Skills:

  • Guidewire Policy Admin experience โ€“ Required
  • General Liability insurance experience โ€“ Required
  • 2+ years as aย BA / Product Owner / PMย in an Agile environment.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience withย Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOpsย preferred.
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or equivalent experience.
