Role Summary
  • Business Analyst supporting finance and mid-market lending initiatives
  • Focus on requirements gathering, data analysis, and supporting project delivery
  • Acts as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams
Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements
  • Work with finance and lending stakeholders to understand business processes and data needs
  • Develop and maintain source-to-target mapping documents
  • Perform data analysis and validation to ensure accuracy
  • Define and validate reporting requirements and metrics
  • Support testing, UAT, and validation activities
  • Track project tasks, timelines, and deliverables
Required Qualifications
  • 2-3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or similar role
  • Experience in finance, preferably mid-market or commercial lending
  • Strong understanding of data analysis and requirements documentation
  • Hands-on SQL experience (queries, validation, analysis)
  • Experience with source-to-target mapping and data transformations
  • Knowledge of reporting concepts and validation
  • Ability to track work and manage small projects
  • Strong communication and attention to detail
Education
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, Information Systems, or related field

The base range for this contract position is $35.00 - $43.00 per hour, depending on experience.
Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all US locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
