About the Role

We are seeking a Business Analyst - AI Solutions who is passionate about transforming business challenges into innovative AI and automation solutions. The ideal candidate combines strong business analysis skills with hands-on experience developing proof of concepts (POCs) using AI, automation, and low-code/no-code platforms. This individual will work closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to identify opportunities for process improvement, develop prototypes, and drive the adoption of digital solutions that deliver measurable business value.

Responsibilities
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders across multiple functions.
  • Identify opportunities to improve business processes through AI, automation, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Translate business needs and ideas into AI and automation proof of concepts using approved tools and platforms.
  • Develop functional prototypes and validate proposed solutions with business teams.
  • Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to evaluate processes and recommend innovative solutions.
  • Support the implementation and adoption of digital solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Facilitate discussions, workshops, and requirements-gathering sessions with stakeholders.
  • Document business requirements, solution designs, user workflows, and proof-of-concept outcomes.
  • Monitor and assess the effectiveness of proposed solutions and recommend enhancements as needed.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
Qualifications
  • Experience as a Business Analyst supporting requirements gathering, business process analysis, and process improvement initiatives.

  • Hands-on experience with AppSheet or similar low-code/no-code development platforms.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate business requirements into functional solutions and working prototypes.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Experience documenting requirements, workflows, business processes, and solution outcomes.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
  • Experience with AI tools and platforms is highly desirable.
  • Experience with Google Workspace, Gemini, Skywise (Palantir Foundry), or similar digital and analytics platforms is a strong plus.
  • Candidates who qualify as U.S. Persons are preferred due to the potential involvement with U.S. aerospace programs and export-controlled environments.
