Job description

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, coordinate cross-functional teams, and drive work to completion against target dates

  • Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage expectations, communicate proactively, and navigate competing priorities across multiple stakeholder groups

  • EDI & Integration Knowledge: Extensive understanding of EDI standards (ANSI X12, EDIFACT) and working knowledge of XML, JSON data formats with ability to create detailed field-by-field data mappings

  • Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences

  • Problem-Solving: Strong analytical skills with ability to identify issues early, develop solutions independently, and demonstrate sound judgment in knowing when to escalate to management

REQUIREMENTS:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Information Systems, Supply Chain, or related analytical field preferred, OR 5+ years logistics industry experience in a technical domain

  • Minimum 5 years of Business Analysis experience

  • Logistics experience (freight forwarding, warehousing, customs brokerage)

  • Demonstrated experience managing projects with multiple stakeholders

  • Experience coordinating development teams and driving technical implementations

  • Proven track record of delivering integration projects on time

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE:
  • Agile/Scrum project experience working within agile frameworks, creating actionable stories, and maintaining team velocity

  • SQL or other programming language experience

  • Experience with integration platforms (Boomi, Sterling Integrator, Informatica)

  • Experience managing client expectations in consulting or implementation environments

CERTIFICATION & LICENSES:
Professional certification in Project Management (PMP, CSM) or Business Analysis (CBAP) preferred but not required
