Job Title/Role: ERP Delivery Manager
Location: Remote
Project & Program Management
Oversee End-to-End Delivery: Lead and manage the entire ERP project lifecycle-from blueprint and design to build, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).
• Scope, Budget, and Schedule: Define, set, and actively manage the delivery schedule, budget, and scope, implementing effective change control processes to manage scope creep.
• Risk and Issue Management: Proactively identify potential risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks, developing and executing mitigation strategies. Act as the point of escalation for critical issues.
Leadership & Team Management
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Coordinate the activities of internal staff (Development, QA, Business Analysts, etc.), consultants, and external third-party vendors to ensure seamless collaboration.
• Team Leadership: Provide functional and technical leadership, coaching, and mentorship to the project team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement (often utilizing Agile or Waterfall methodologies).
• Resource Allocation: Efficiently allocate and manage internal and external resources across parallel workstreams.
Stakeholder Management & Communication
• Stakeholder Alignment: Act as the primary liaison between the project team, business units, and executive stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project objectives, milestones, and status.
• Client Relationship: Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients/customers, managing expectations and ensuring delivery outcomes meet contractual and business requirements.
• Reporting: Establish and implement an effective reporting cycle, providing transparent, high-quality progress reports on performance, budget burn, and KPIs to leadership.
