  • Strong understanding of the SAP Hybris platform its features and functionalities
  • Experience with ecommerce principles best practices and B2BB2C environments
  • Proven experience in business analysis including requirement gathering process mapping and documentation
  • Analyze business needs to recommend and implement enhancements for eCommerce platforms
  • Configure customize and extend the SAP Hybris Commerce platform
  • Collaborate on Data modeling Analytics and performance tuning
  • Support testing efforts through QA and UAT
  • Excellent communication collaboration and facilitation skills
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and practices
  • Understanding of web technologies system integrations and technical aspects of ecommerce platforms
  • Understanding of S4 HANA processes like Order Management Shipping and Invoice Management is desirable
