Reporting to the National Director, Insurance & Corporate Fleet, the Business Analyst plays a key role in analysing commercial performance, understanding market dynamics, and providing strategic support to the sales team. This position is focused on strengthening decision-making through market analysis, performance reporting, and actionable recommendations that help drive Belron Canada’s growth across the Insurance and Corporate Fleet segments.


The Business Analyst contributes to identifying business opportunities, improving the performance of strategic partners, and advancing the Repair, Replacement, and ADAS Calibration categories. The incumbent works closely with Account Managers, Regional Directors, and Senior Leadership to transform data and market trends into growth opportunities.


Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct market analyses covering customers, competitors, industry trends, and developments within the Insurance and Corporate Fleet segments.
  • Support sales growth by identifying market trends and business development opportunities.
  • Analyse customer data, commercial performance, and competitive activity to identify strategies that increase revenue, profitability, and market share.
  • Develop commercial forecasts and business projections to support decision-making and strategic planning.
  • Advise the sales team on commercial priorities and growth opportunities.
  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual performance reports.
  • Analyse strategic account performance and identify opportunities for improvement and growth.
  • Monitor and evaluate key performance indicators, including customer results, NPS (Net Promoter Score) surveys, ADAS performance metrics, and other segment-specific KPIs.
  • Prepare presentations and recommendations for sales teams and leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support strategic and commercial initiatives.
  • Ensure the integrity, accuracy, and quality of data used for analyses and recommendations.

Qualifications
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Mathematics, Business Intelligence, or a related field.
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in business analysis, business intelligence, strategic planning, or sales support roles.
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data.
  • Experience producing performance reports and executive-level presentations.
  • Ability to work independently with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate data into practical business recommendations.
  • Bilingualism in French and English.
