What You'll Do:

  • Be part of the real-time opening of a brand new studio location and experience firsthand what it takes to launch from the ground up
  • Conduct research, analyze processes, and contribute to special projects that support the continuous improvement across our studios and collaborate with teams to identify opportunities to enhance both the team and guest experience.

Requirements

About You
  • Currently pursuing a degree or diploma in Business, Operations, Hospitality, Psychology, or a related field.

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with the confidence to follow up across multiple teams and locations
  • Proactive, resourceful, and eager to learn in a fast-paced, creative environment

Benefits

What We Offer:
  • Inspiring Work Environment: Immerse yourself in a creative, collaborative company where artistry and empowerment converge.
  • Growth Opportunities: Be part of a fast-growing company committed to nurturing talent and fostering career development.
  • Recognition and Support: A team that values your contributions and celebrates your success.
