  • Verantwortlich für Analyse und Optimierung von Arbeitsabläufen und Prozessen im operativen Umfeld
  • Identifizieren, Evaluieren und Implementieren von Verbesserungen mit Lean Methoden zur Reduzierung von Verschwendung und Steigerung der Prozessfähigkeit und Produktivität
  • Identifikation, Realisierung sowie Leitung und Betreuung von Optimierungs- und Cost Improvement Projekten
  • Coaching der Organisation bei der Einführung und Umsetzung von Lean und Sigma Methoden sowie Management Maßnahmen
  • Durchführung von Lean-Workshops in der Produktion
  • Konzeption und laufende Optimierung des neuen Busch Group Business Systems und weltweite Einführung in den Produktionswerken und ASU’s /RDC's
  • Konzeption, Einführung und Weiterentwicklung eines globalen Continuous Improvement Reportings für die Busch Group
  • Konzeption, Durchführung und laufende Weiterentwicklung von Lean-Trainings in allen Produktionswerken innerhalb der Busch Group
