Job description

YEAR ROUND WORK WITH A GREAT TEAM

Concord Coach Lines has an immediate opening for a part-time customer service/ticket agent at our Bangor, Maine location to work approximately 15-20 hours/week. The schedule requires flexibility to include opening and closing shifts between the terminal hours of operation of 4:00am - 615pm which also includes weekends and holidays. New hires are thoroughly trained and can expect a very competitive hourly rate of up to $17.00/hour to start with the potential for up to $.50 increase after 90 days of proven performance.
Responsibilities include:

  • selling bus tickets and answering multiple phone calls responding to informational questions
  • making all of our customers feel comfortable and appreciated
  • ability to promptly and accurately complete transactions with our Windows-based POS
  • perform general janitorial cleaning duties and some luggage movement is also important.
Qualities we are looking for are:
  • Computer literate with keyboarding skills
  • Friendly, reliable, dependable, outgoing and compassionate
  • Excellent telephone and direct face to face customer service skills
  • Strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities
