Job description

Ticket Agent / Customer Service Representative

Boston Express is currently seeking applicants for a position on our team. Responsibilities include making all of our callers and travelers feel comfortable and appreciated, swiftly and correctly completing transactions with our Windows-based ticketing computers, and performing light cleaning duties between bus schedules to keep our North Londonderry terminal sparkling. This is not a remote position.

New hires are thoroughly trained and can expect a very competitive hourly rate of up to $17.00 per hour to start, with an increase after 90 days. Boston Express is looking for a permanent part-time (20-25 hours / 3-4 shifts per week) ticket agent / customer service rep. We are accepting applications for afternoon/evening (11:00AM – 6:00PM) shifts for our Exit 5 – North Londonderry NH location. As we are in the travel industry, open shifts require some Saturday and/or Sunday and holiday availability, which is a MUST for all applicants - please do not apply if you are not willing to work weekend and/or holiday shifts. This position requires someone who works well alone and is independent, as well as the ability to work in a team environment when necessary. Part-time staff earns paid time off based upon hours worked.
