 Position Overview:

We are seeking a Experienced Motorcoach Bus Operator to join our team in Irving, TX. As a Charter Driver, you will provide safe, reliable, and comfortable transportation services to a diverse clientele. Your responsibilities include operating a 56-passenger bus, ensuring timely pickups, and maintaining safe transportation practices. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Pick up passengers at assigned locations promptly 
  • Always maintain top notch customer service  
  • Complete pre/post-trip bus inspections for each shift  
  • Follow all traffic laws and regulations 
  • Submit reports 
  • Follow assigned routes and make designated stops 
  • Assist passengers with luggage as needed 
  • Ensure the safety of passengers, other vehicles, pedestrians, and bicyclists 
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors 

Qualifications: 

  • CDL Class B with Passenger and Airbrakes endorsements 
  • Minimum 2 years of charter bus driving experience 
  • Ability to pass pre-employment background checks, drug screen, DOT physical, and MVR 
  • Ability to drive and work outdoors 
  • School Bus certificate helpful but not required 

Physical Qualifications: 

  • Able to lift and move baggage (up to 50 lbs.), maneuver up and down stairs, and repeatedly bend, kneel, and stretch 
  • Able to remain stationary (sitting) for extended periods
