  2. Route Management:
    • Assist in planning and optimizing bus routes for efficiency and safety.
    • Monitor and report any issues related to route management.
  3. Safety and Compliance:
    • Conduct regular safety checks and ensure compliance with safety standards.
    • Report any safety concerns to management promptly.
    • Ensure all bus attendants/monitors are aware of and adhere to safety protocols.
  4. Communication:
    • Serve as a point of contact between bus attendants/monitors and management.
    • Communicate any changes in policies or procedures to bus attendants/monitors.
