Job Description

As a Software Developer – Server, you design, develop, test, and secure high-quality technological solutions aligned with ISAAC’s strategic objectives. You collaborate with the team and stakeholders to achieve sprint goals, improve processes, and foster skill development. You embody ISAAC’s values and contribute to a positive work environment.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze, design, develop, test, and deploy software solutions following Agile principles
  • Honor sprint commitments and meet functional/technical requirements
  • Document properly solutions (technical, functional, user)
  • Analyze / evaluate the impact of improvements
  • Estimate and plan the tasks required to deliver the solution
  • Ensure code readability, maintainability, and performance
  • Integrate security best practices at every stage of development
  • Apply recommendations from the Secure Development Lifecycle
  • Validate merge requests with security in mind
  • Use tools and processes to secure platforms
  • Provide constructive feedback during retrospectives
  • Work with the team to achieve objectives and support skill development
  • Stay informed about trends and propose improvements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree or DEC in computer science, software engineering, computer engineering, or other technical training combined with significant experience in server systems development
  • 5 to 10 years of experience in server systems development (NET, C#, asynchronous programming, SQL / SQL Lite, REST API, microservices, server optimization, Windows Server, PowerShell, Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, Git, Windows Server and IIS)
  • Strong knowledge of C#, .NET 8, and ASP.NET Core
  • Ability to diagnose and resolve issues related to the development and use of applications
  • Good knowledge of cloud infrastructure, ideally Azure (Application Insights, Storage Account, Service Bus, etc.)
  • Professional proficiency in French.
