Job description

Van Driver/Aide Position

Please complete this application to be considered for van driver/aide position.

Van driver/aide opportunities offer great flexibility for those who desire part-time work (approximately 4.0 hours/day), Monday - Friday 7:00am - 9:30am and 2:15pm - 4:00pm.

Please note the following requirements which must be completed prior to being hired as a van driver.

Employment Requirements:

  • Must be able to drive a 6-passenger minivan to Leesburg, VA
  • Submit current driving record that reflects the following:
    • 0-5 safe driving points
    • No DUI record within the past 5 years and no more than 2 moving violations within 1 year
  • Successful completion of criminal record and background check.
  • Able to pass required school bus physical and pre-employment drug test
  • Able to safely operate minivan in the WPS fleet

Pay:

Upon completion of training requirements, pay is $15.45 per hour

Start Date:

2026-2027 school year
