Join our compassionate team at Redmont Ridge Senior Living, where we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and a warm, supportive environment for our residents. We are currently seeking caring and dependable individuals for full-time and part-time Resident Care Provider positions across all shifts.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist residents with daily personal care needs, including bathing, dressing, and grooming.

  • Make beds, tidy resident rooms, and assist with housekeeping tasks.

  • Engage residents in activities and social programs to promote well-being.

  • Deliver meal trays, assist with feeding when necessary, and help set up the dining room.

  • Respond promptly to call lights and provide compassionate assistance.

  • Monitor residents’ well-being and report any changes to the appropriate team members.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or GED required.

  • Experience in senior living or a caregiving role preferred but not required.

  • Ability to perform daily caregiving tasks with compassion and attentiveness.

  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.

  • A heart for working with seniors and a commitment to providing dignified care.
