Job description

Being a Burn Boot Camp Childwatch staff member is a fun and exciting opportunity to join one of the nation’s fastest growing fitness franchises. Are you someone who loves to help children grow? If this is you, get ready to take this exciting journey to impact NWA with one of the fastest growing gym franchises in the country, Burn Boot Camp.

Parents focus so much on their kids that for many, getting 45 minutes to focus on themselves and their own health is the only “me” time they may get. Childwatch exists at Burn Boot Camp to provide a save, enjoyable, and entertaining environment for children while their parents get to spend 45 minutes working out in the same facility.

Hours

We are looking to fill the morning shift: Monday-Friday 8:15am until 10:45 am. &/or evening shift 2-3 evenings per week 4:10-7:30pm. 

Responsibilities

  • Greeting and assisting members at Childwatch check-in
  • Assisting new members with the required Childwatch paperwork and room tours
  • Organizing and participating in recreational activities, such as games and arts and crafts
  • Organizing and storing toys and materials
  • Sanitizing toys, play equipment and completing the daily cleaning checklist

Qualifications

  • Reliable, compassionate, nurturing, energetic, and friendly
  • Experience with children ages 8 weeks and up is preferred
  • CPR certification required
  • Passing a background check will be required
