Job description

Intuit's in-house creative studio Intuition is looking for a Creative Director, Copy to help run and lead our Mid-Market creative team. Creative Directors at Intuition are the guiding force that helps lead the way for our brand and business, acting as a thought partner and creative guide. They bring illogical solutions to logical asks and live at the intersection of emotion and intellect. They act as player-coaches and are key in driving long-term brand fame and and short-term performance goals.
As Creative Director, Copy of Mid-Market, you'll partner directly with the Head of Creative Campaigns, and the Mid-Market business leads to help us tell our story in the most impactful, breakthrough ways possible across paid, owned, earned and performance marketing channels. Owning and providing oversight of the entire E2E experience.
We're looking for someone with a very senior CD, GCD or ECD copywriting background who has deep experience of creating and launching, culturally-relevant campaigns at scale for paid advertising and and B2B market motions.
This position will be based in Atlanta.
Responsibilities
  • Creative strategy and storytelling Set the creative vision, quality standards, and campaign guidelines across all mid-market touchpoints, Own the creative strategy and storytelling systems that communicate the value proposition and creative ways in to C-suite executives, senior marketing decision-makers, and our end users.
  • Brand-defining experiences Develop and lead large-scale events, experiences, and integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels that position Intuit's Mid-Market products as a category leader that breaks through the typical B2B sameness.
  • Performance creative & revenue impact Help write the messaging strategy and developing modular campaign design systems that drive conversion and engagement throughout every stage of the funnel and lifecycle of a campaign.
  • Team development & operational excellence Help grow and mentor creative team members while establishing scalable creative operations, processes, and quality standards powered by AI. Champion campaign playbooks and manage agency partnerships by operating as a the creative lead on the Integrated Agency Team.

Qualifications
  • 10+ years as a creative leader at a globally recognized ad agency or in-house team.
  • Award-winning portfolio of outstanding creative demonstrating multi-faceted brand work with proven business results
  • People manager with deep experience managing dynamic & creative teams.
  • Ability to craft a story or concept that can shape culture, not just react to it.
  • Strong grasp of creative craft across a wide variety of formats.
  • Vast knowledge of the production process, from pre production through post.
  • Comfortable being hands-on and willing to do the work yourself, alongside a small and mighty team.
  • Are bullish and passionate about the consequential impact of enterprise growth and leadership on brand and business success
  • Experience working in a high-growth tech/product forward environment
  • Understand B2B buying psychology and creative across multiple enterprise channels
  • Excel at stakeholder management with C-level executives and cross-functional partners
