You can learn more about us at our website: https://www.goldback.com.
Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and driven Regional Sales Representative based in the Northeast United States, with a preference for candidates located in New York, though applicants from other Northeastern states will also be considered. This role will involve travel throughout the region to attend trade shows, meet with distributors, and build relationships that grow Goldback's presence.
The ideal candidate is proactive, relationship-driven, and thrives on boots-on-the-ground work. Sales experience, strong communication skills, and a genuine interest in sound money principles are essential. You will work independently in the field and report directly to our Director of Sales and Business Development.
This is an exciting opportunity to act as a trailblazer in the Northeast United States, helping to build Goldback's presence from the ground up.
Duties:
  • Build and maintain strong partnerships with distributors to expand Goldback availability and adoption across the region.
  • Identify and develop relationships with potential merchants, distributors, and businesses interested in accepting or selling Goldbacks.
  • Educate business owners and distributors on the benefits of Goldbacks and how they can integrate them into their operations.
  • Conduct outreach through calls, emails, and in-person meetings to drive adoption and sales.
  • Represent Goldback at trade shows, networking events, and industry gatherings throughout the Northeast region.
  • Provide regular updates on sales progress, market insights, distributor feedback, and regional opportunities.
  • Travel extensively (about 75% of the time) across Pennsylvania, New York, Vermont, New Hampshire, Maine, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, Connecticut, New Jersey, Delaware, and Maryland.

Experience:
  • The candidate should be based in the Northeast region, with the flexibility to work from home when not traveling.
  • 4+ years of proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field (experience in precious metals, bullion, or distribution is a plus).
  • Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client and distributor relationships.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Must be comfortable operating without direct daily supervision while proactively managing regional outreach and sales efforts.
  • Passion for Goldbacks, alternative currency, or sound money principles is preferred.

What We Offer:
  • Competitive base salary of $75,000 to $85,000, plus performance-based commission, and profit-sharing opportunities.
  • Comprehensive benefits package (health, dental, vision, life), including the company covering a large portion for you and your family.
  • 401(k) retirement plan with company matching.
  • Paid time off to support work-life balance.
  • Monthly Goldback stipend to spend and support local merchants and businesses in the community.

This role requires a background check.
