JOB DESCRIPTION: 

We are looking for a Vault Associate to join our team.  The associate will report directly to the OM Manager.

The ideal candidate for the Vault Associate is a driven and proactive individual. They will help streamline daily vault operations to ensure efficiencies and adherence to budget. The Vault Associate needs to be comfortable communicating with internal and external customers, able to solve problems and improvise as needed, and adept at estimating and managing time for a variety of tasks. The ideal team member is a natural coordinator who has a strong sense of big-picture objectives and a sharp eye for detail.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

Coordinate with the Order Management team to review and process sales orders for shipment.

Select appropriate packaging materials and containers.

Accurately pick and pack items for shipping.

Verify all required shipping documentation is complete and accurate.

Maintain an organized and clean shipping area.

Coordinate shipments to carriers and perform daily courier deliveries as needed.

Efficiently manage workspace and resources to optimize productivity.

Verify inbound materials match purchase orders and systematically receive.

Assist in periodic inventory counts and reconciliations.

Hand-deliver or pickup orders from local facilities using company vehicle.

Other vault related tasks as assigned.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

2+ years of successful industry experience. Experience with metals or other high-value products is ideal.

Valid driver’s license.

Understanding and ability to perform mathematical conversions is pivotal for this role.

Ability to lift and carry up to 50lbs. Daily tasks will require heavy lifting.

Ability to identify potential issues and proactively problem solve.

Positive energy and desire to be part of a team.

Excellent verbal, written, and listening communication skills are essential to success.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite products.
