This position reports to:
Warehouse/Internal Logistics Supervisor

Your role and responsibilities
Responsible for Receiving, Order filling and Shipping job functions while placing focus on safety, quality, productivity and housekeeping to meet daily goals and objectives . Typical duties/responsibilities for quality may include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Receive and verify documentation, sku #, quantities and overall quality from vendors and s tock product from vendors and plants into bulk locations and c onsolidate product with the same sku #'s in bulk locations
  • Pull bulk product and place in pick zones, c onsult with Inventory Control in resolving stock issues, and r etrieve specified product from pick locations to ship
  • Transfer cartons from shipping lanes to stack onto pallets for loading, m eet and maintain department quality/productivity standards, and a ble and certified to drive power industrial equipment as needed
  • Other duties as deemed necessary or assigned.
Qualifications for the role
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 2 years experience preferred in manufacturing/distribution environment, b asic computer skills and understanding of overall distribution operations, and a bility to read and comprehend information and count inventory accurately.
  • Ability to work in 3-level modules - Not afraid of height, a bility to lift up to 40 pounds repetitively and frequently, a bility to stand/walk for extended periods of time and climb stairs throughout shift.
  • Flexible to work overtime with little or no notice.
