Job description

JARS Cannabis is seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. As a Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering cannabis products to our customers in a safe, timely, and professional manner. This role is vital in ensuring our customers receive their products with the highest level of service.

PAY: $16-18/hr + shared tip pool

SCHEDULE: 4 days on, 10-hour shifts with 3 days off. Shifts are 11am-9:30pm

Key Responsibilities:

  • Safely deliver cannabis products to customers' designated locations.
  • Verify customer identification and ensure compliance with state and local cannabis regulations.
  • Maintain accurate delivery logs and records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and handle any customer inquiries or issues during delivery.
  • Ensure all deliveries are conducted in a professional and respectful manner.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding delivery operations.
  • Assist with other duties as needed, including inventory management and packaging.

Qualifications:

  • Must be 25 years of age or older.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Vehicle and company insurance provided but must complete MVR check before hire.
  • Ability to lift to 50 lbs and handle packages safely.
  • Familiarity with local roads and GPS systems.
  • A valid Facility Agent Card is not required but highly preferred!
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Prior experience in delivery or courier services is a plus.
