Job description

Objective:

The Class A CDL Bulk Driver’s primary function is to deliver products from warehouse to retail store accounts.

Accountabilities:

  • Must be able to safely and correctly operate a company vehicle under all types of circumstances, including intercity travel and maneuvering in the close confines of customer facilities.
  • Responsible for delivering merchandise/products from warehouse to retail store accounts.
  • Responsible for accurate accounting for all cases and load transactions.
  • Ability to establish positive and strong relationships with all customers as well as providing superior customer service.
  • Subject to working outdoors in the elements (high/low temperatures, rain, sleet, snow etc.).
  • May be required to perform other duties as assigned.
  • Class A CDL (with no restrictions such as automatic transmission only).
  • High School diploma or GED preferred.
  • 1-3 years of general work experience.
  • Ability to repetitively lift, pull, bend, stoop squat, push/ pull up to 50 lbs.
  • Work with minimal supervision; be a self-starter, team player and motivated to learn.
  • Be reliable, honest & trustworthy.
  • Excellent planning and organizational skills.
  • Valid driver's license and excellent driving record are required.
