Pay Range: $16 - $20.40 (plus tips)

As a Bar Supervisor at Concord Hospitality, you will lead the lounge and room service operations to ensure exceptional guest experiences, smooth daily service, and adherence to company standards. Your leadership, organizational skills, and commitment to quality will support both team success and guest satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

  • Open and close shifts in accordance with manager's checklist.
  • Train, maintain, and enforce all service standards using menus and reference materials.
  • Maintain a safe and sanitary work environment; report unsafe conditions to management.
  • Ensure room service is fully staffed and able to handle business volume; assist as needed.
  • Be present on the floor during meal periods to ensure adequate coverage and guest satisfaction.
  • Conduct daily taste panels and menu classes for restaurant and room service staff.
  • Monitor staffing hours and overtime to align with sales and profitability goals.
  • Implement and follow through on restaurant party bookings and hospitality suite service.
  • Support guest satisfaction by assisting with service, seating, and communication with the kitchen.
  • Ensure side work is completed daily and stations are reset to standard before shift end.
  • Manage repair and maintenance needs through work orders.

    Qualifications:

  • Prior supervisory experience in food and beverage or hospitality preferred.
  • Strong leadership and training skills with a focus on guest service.
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work varied shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Commitment to safety, sanitation, and Concord service standards.
