Job description

Custodian

Monday - Friday | 5:00 PM - 9:00 PM

We are seeking a dependable and detail-oriented Custodian to support evening cleaning operations at a large corporate office facility in the Troy area near the I-75 business corridor.

Responsibilities

  • Clean offices, entrances, hallways, common areas, restrooms, stairwells, and shared spaces
  • Vacuum assigned areas using a backpack vacuum
  • Restock supplies and report supply needs as needed
  • Follow cleaning procedures, safety guidelines, and building expectations
  • Report facility concerns, maintenance issues, or equipment problems to management

Requirements

  • Previous janitorial or custodial experience preferred
  • Ability to wear and use a backpack vacuum during the shift
  • Reliable attendance and dependable work ethic
  • Ability to work independently and complete assigned cleaning duties
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality work
  • Ability to stand, walk, bend, lift, push, pull, sweep, mop, and move throughout the shift
  • Comfortable working in a large professional office environment

Pay: $15 - $16 per hour
