Job description

People Incorporated of Virginia is seeking applications for the position of Property Manager for its Pulaski Village (Pulaski, VA), Spruce Hill (Floyd, VA) and West Lance (New Castle, VA) apartments. In this position you are responsible for leasing and enforcing covenants and restrictions of multi-family and single family properties; rents receivable/record keeping; accounts payable for the property, physical maintenance, safety of the property and tenants, maintenance staff supervision and marketing. Day to day tasks include: walking the property, performing monthly compliance tasks, meeting with tenants and prospective tenants, biannual inspections, collecting and recording rent and addressing tenant concerns.
