Responsibilities
  • Greet customers and discuss product features, quality, and quantities available
  • Provide after-sales service by building customer loyalty, handling complaints, and following up on deliveries when required
  • Deliver exceptional customer service by answering questions and providing product advice in-store and over the phone
  • Prepare quotes by calculating quantities required for customer projects
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming store environment
  • Participate in merchandising, promotions, and product displays
