Weโ€™re not afraid to dive deep and tackle the toughest packaging puzzles with agility and clarity, all while harnessing the power of technology.

In the heart of Korpack, thereโ€™s a culture that thrives on agility, innovation, and relentless pursuit of excellence. Weโ€™re not your typical packaging company. Our start-up spirit combined with our industry experience makes us uniquely dynamic. We embrace challenges, turning them into opportunities to innovate and grow. Our team, akin to a close-knit family, is dedicated to achieving success for our clients. We believe in building relationships based on trust, integrity, and mutual respect.

About the job

ABOUT THE JOB

This is not a warehouse manager job with a bigger title. AtKorpack, the Materials Manager is one of the two seats that run a building - the Production Manager owns making the product; you own everything the materials do w h e n t h e y ' r e n o t b e i n g c o n v e r t e d. Every receipt, every put-away, every transfer, every work-order transaction, every shipment: if inventory moves or changes state inside your four walls, it's yours - and what the system says must match what's on the rack, in real time, because our customers see their inventory work-order by work-order and we've promised them no delay.

Korpackis a food-grade (SQF) co-packer for leading consumer brands, doubling into350,000 sq ftacross two facilities. We are hiring one Materials Manager per building - Madsen runs multi-shift today; PR runs one shift and is ramping fast, so that seat is a build as much as a job. If owning inventory truth end to end - people, process, and numbers - is the jobyou'vebeen building toward, keep reading.

THE JOURNEY

Own Inventory Truth

  • Every inventory transaction in the building - receiving, shipping, material movements, WO transactions, adjustments -accurate, same-day, real-time. The floor and the system reconcile both directions, every day.
  • Our customers get per-work-order, real-time inventory visibility. That promise runs through your team.

Lead Four Functions

  • Receiving and Shipping Supervisors (one each, all shifts), Material Handling Supervisors across shifts, and Production Control Supervisors with their coordinators - the materials-management side of the production process.
  • A team ofroughly 25-30 across all shifts. You develop supervisors who own their shift whenyou'renot standing there.

Run the Standards

  • Cross-site standards are set once (by the Director and our functional standards owner); your building executes them exactly - SQF inbound inspection, seal integrity, outbound verification, reason codes, catch-weight conversions.
  • 24/7 ownership from a day-based seat: M-F on-site with on-call for escalations - but the real job is putting supervisors in place so capable that the show runs without you. If your phone rings every night, the systemisn'tbuilt yet.

Work the Production Seam

  • Your PC Supervisors areshiftpeers to the Production Managers - the floor makesit, your team makes it official. You keep that partnership productive at themanagerlevel.
  • Line-feed priority is absolute: a production line waiting on materials is the most expensive problem in the building.

WHAT SUCCESS LOOKS LIKE

  • The dock, the racks, and the system reconcile both directions daily - zero ghost inventory, zero invisible product
  • Cycle counts (run independently by Finance) confirm your accuracy instead of correcting it
  • Production never waits on materials; customers never wait on inventory truth
  • SQF inbound records, seals, and outbound verification audit-ready any day, unannounced
  • Health Insurance
  • 401(k)
  • Paid Time Off (PTO)
  • Paid Holidays
Our Commitment to You

At Korpack, customer delight is not just a goal; itโ€™s our way of doing business. We are committed to delivering quality services consistently, on time, and maintaining enduring relationships. Our endeavor is to continually enhance our performance and adhere to the highest statutory and regulatory standards.
