Assist the General Manager in welcoming clients/guests and introducing them to the concierge services.
Support liaison activities between event planners, culinary teams, AV technicians, and vendors.
Assist in overseeing the day-to-day facility operations, including space setup, equipment functionality, and guest services.

LIVunLtd is on the search for a part-time Conference Center Concierge to join our growing team! As the Conference Center Concierge you will work alongside the General Manager at one of our luxury commercial buildings to assist in overseeing the concierge services the clients and guest receive. These high-powered clients look to the concierge team for their expertise in all things lifestyle. The Conference Center Concierge is resourceful, innovative, and a tastemaker with a positive spirit that requires polish and a passion for delivering a five-star client experience.
