What You'll Do
Perform general building and facility maintenance
Complete basic plumbing repairs and preventative maintenance
Paint walls, trim, and perform touch-up work
Maintain landscaping, grounds, and outdoor areas
Troubleshoot and repair basic electrical issues
Interact professionally with staff and tenants while providing excellent customer service
Assist with facility improvements and special maintenance projects
Help maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
