Position Description:

We are looking for a Senior Construction Inspector to join our Construction team in our Omaha office. Candidates must have a high school diploma and a valid driver's license. Concrete and density testing certification is preferred. Candidates must have experience on heavy civil and/or tunnel projects. 
 
Typical Responsibilities:
Conduct field inspections
Record inspection daily reports
Monitor construction operations
Act as the on-site liaison with client and community
Organize and maintain construction documentation
Develop an understanding of plans and specifications
Assist Project Manager with contract requirements
Prepare forms and other paperwork in a timely manner
Attend seminars and/or training courses
Maintain excellent client relations
Maintain a safe working environment
 
Education:
High school diploma 
Concrete and Density Testing certification preferred 
Skills/Experience:

Experience on heavy civil and / or tunnel projects
This position requires computer knowledge, the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and excellent written and verbal communication skills as well as documentation skills at all levels.
