Responsibilities
As part of our paid training program, you will learn to:
●Successfully complete our CDL School Bus Driver Training Program
●Obtain your Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with Passenger (P) and School Bus (S) endorsements
●Safely transport students to and from school and educational programs
●Learn assigned routes, schedules, and student pickup/drop-off procedures
●Perform required pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
●Maintain a safe, positive, and professional environment on the bus
●Communicate effectively with parents, school personnel, dispatchers, and fellow team members
●Complete required transportation documentation accurately
●Follow all federal, state, and company safety regulations
***Weekly Classroom & Field Training is Mandatory***
Minimum Qualifications
●Must be 21 years of age or older
●Valid New Jersey Driver’s License
●Clean driving record
●Ability to pass:

●Drug screening
●DOT physical examination
●Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) review
●Strong attendance and punctuality
●Excellent communication skills
●Ability to remain calm under pressure

Previous experience working with children, education, healthcare, transportation, customer service, or caregiving is a plus—but not required. We will train the right candidate.
