Job description

Experienced maintenance worker to join our maintenance team. You will inspect equipment such as reamers, roll mills, and various presses and perform repairs and preventive maintenance as required. Must have previous mechanical or electrical experience in maintenance, be highly skilled with various hand and power tools, and be able to read blueprints and repair manuals.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducting routine inspections of equipment
  • Performing preventative maintenance
  • Handling repairs and maintenance as needed
  • Diagnosing mechanical issues and correcting them
  • Repairing machines, equipment, or structures as necessary

Requirements:

  • Skilled in the use of hand and power tools
  • Ability to take apart machines, equipment, or devices to remove/replace defective parts
  • Ability to read and understand blueprints, repair manuals, parts catalogs
  • Experience performing routine maintenance
  • Strong organizational and follow up skill with an eye for detail
  • Prior maintenance experience

Rolite services many industries including: Automotive, Mining, Power Generation, Electrical Building Components, Firearms, and Aerospace. The current ownership purchased Rolite in 2007 after 50+ years of combined service to the company. Since that time, Rolite has increased its employee base by 400% and has have expanded our building and facilities twice. While we continue to grow, ownership is still hands on on a daily basis while fostering a culture emblematic of employee first.
