Need work for the summer? Bill's Distributing, Ltd., a leader in beverage distribution, is seeking Seasonal Helpers to assist with our service and delivery teams.
Essential Job Functions:
•• Rotates all beer deliveries, FIFO, ensuring the proper quality standards
• Fills shelves, faces product and removes damaged or out-of-code product
• Assist in building eye-catching displays using BDL products and materials as necessary
• Understands and adheres to all product quality policies and procedures
• Handles all products with care, avoiding damage to products as much as possible
• Conducts business in a safe and courteous manner
• Assists with keeping Company vehicles clean, inside and outside
• Professionally always represents the company, on and off duty
• Promote responsible consumption all of BDL products
• Maintains a professional relationship with customers and co-workers
• Maintains appropriate uniform and personal appearance standards
• Works all required shifts as scheduled, including weekends and holidays
• Performs other duties, as assigned
Requirements
• High School diploma or equivalent
• Forklift experience preferred
Necessary Skills and Abilities
• Basic math and reading skills
• Good communication skills
• Good attention to detail
• Uses a tablet to assist with picking product
• Professional demeanor with the ability to communicate effectively
Physical Requirements
• Able to handle the physical requirements of lifting various case and keg stock up to 170 pounds
