Job description

This is NOT a typical Project Manager position.

We are not looking for a residential superintendent.

We are not looking for a general contractor PM.

We are not looking for someone that simply schedules subcontractors.

We are looking for an experienced Commercial Building Envelope Project Manager that understands specialty exterior wall systems and can own commercial façade projects from turnover through closeout.

Owns project execution.

- From turnover......to closeout.

- Daily field presence.

- GC relationships.

- Procurement.

- Crew leadership.

- QA/QC.

- Profitability.

- Communication.

What You'll Own

Required ExperienceThis experience is strongly preferred:

Preferred Qualifications
  • 5+ years managing commercial construction projects
  • 3+ years managing commercial building envelope or specialty cladding projects
  • Experience coordinating multiple active jobs simultaneously
  • Ability to interpret architectural specifications and contract documents
  • OSHA 30 preferred
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus, but not required
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
