Job description

Do you want to do work that matters, alongside supportive leaders who will help you grow faster than you ever thought possible? Are you a creative problem-solver who is energized by challenges? You've come to the right place.
YOUR IMPACT
In this role, you will work alongside senior knowledge professionals on larger client projects and internal knowledge. Your daily activities will include identifying key issues for problems at hand and determining the most appropriate solution while effectively balancing quality, availability, timeliness, and cost factors. You will collect data, analyze it and provide final synthesis and insight via end products in the form of PowerPoint charts, written memos, and Excel models.
You will spend the majority of your time supporting consultants and clients in solving challenging and complex business problems focusing on local energy topics primarily on the Czech, Slovak, and Central European markets. At times, you will be delivering market insights across other sectors (banking, insurance, consumer, etc.) within the Czech & Slovak markets.
You will work from Prague office as a part of the Geographic Client Capabilities Team. Intermittently, you may be embedded directly into client engagements, which means working closely with our clients and, in some cases, traveling domestically and occasionally internationally to their sites.
This position will give you the opportunity to develop industry and business knowledge primarily within energy domain, and practice work in a stimulating and professional environment. You will learn both hard skills, and soft skills, honing your problem-solving and communication skills.

Driving lasting impact and building long-term capabilities with our clients is not easy work. You are the kind of person who thrives in a high performance/high reward culture - doing hard things, picking yourself up when you stumble, and having the resilience to try another way forward.
In return for your drive, determination, and curiosity, we'll provide the resources, mentorship, and opportunities you need to become a stronger leader faster than you ever thought possible. Your colleagues-at all levels-will invest deeply in your development, just as much as they invest in delivering exceptional results for clients. Every day, you'll receive apprenticeship, coaching, and exposure that will accelerate your growth in ways you won't find anywhere else.
When you join us, you will have:
