2KB Energy Services is hiring a full-time Facility Energy Analyst to join our team in Dunwoody, GA. QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering, building science, environmental science, or related technical field
  • 2+ years of professional experience in energy, building performance, sustainability, or a closely related field
  • Experience conducting ASHRAE Level 1 or Level 2 energy audits
  • Familiarity with IPMVP and M&V methodologies and savings calculations
  • Knowledge of HVAC, lighting, controls, and energy fundamentals
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Experience with at least one of the following: ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager, eQuest, RETScreen, ArcGIS, or Power BI, and a willingness to learn others
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work with large datasets and draw clear conclusions
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Willingness to travel up to approximately 10% for site visits and client meetings

At least 2 years of industry experience and a current CEM, EIT, LEED, or other certifications related to building energy analysis are preferred.


SCHEDULE: This is a full-time, hybrid position working Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.

In this role, you'll identify overlooked trends and establish performance baselines for facilities. You'll conduct onsite energy audits, assess equipment, and pinpoint efficiency opportunities. Back at your desk, you'll translate technical findings into clear reports and dashboards for clients. Additionally, you'll collaborate on measurement and verification efforts to validate savings and ensure accuracy.
