If you're energized by solving complex challenges and want your work to truly matter, apply today!PAY: $45,000–$60,000 annual salaryBENEFITS:Paid time offFlexible scheduleWork‑from‑home optionsHealth reimbursement401(k) with company matchQUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in engineering, building science, environmental science, or related technical field2+ years of professional experience in energy, building performance, sustainability, or a closely related fieldExperience conducting ASHRAE Level 1 or Level 2 energy auditsFamiliarity with IPMVP and M&V methodologies and savings calculationsKnowledge of HVAC, lighting, controls, and energy fundamentalsProficiency with Microsoft ExcelExperience with at least one of the following: ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager, eQuest, RETScreen, ArcGIS, or Power BI, and a willingness to learn othersStrong analytical and problem-solving skills, including the ability to work with large datasets and draw clear conclusionsStrong communication and organizational skillsWillingness to travel up to approximately 10% for site visits and client meetingsAt least 2 years of industry experience and a current CEM, EIT, LEED, or other certifications related to building energy analysis are preferred.SCHEDULE: This is a full-time, hybrid position working Monday through Friday, 8 AM to 5 PM.If you're ready to advance your career while doing purposeful work, we encourage you to apply now!WHAT TO EXPECT AS A FACILITY ENERGY ANALYSTIn this role, you'll identify overlooked trends and establish performance baselines for facilities. You'll conduct onsite energy audits, assess equipment, and pinpoint efficiency opportunities. Back at your desk, you'll translate technical findings into clear reports and dashboards for clients.
