General Labor, Packout, Demolition

Need a valid Driver's License, and no felonies in the last 7 years.
$18-20/hr. 40 hour weeks. needs to be available 7 days a week (once they hit 40 hours, they'll be done for the week.)
Permanent Employees. Need 4 for now, maybe more later.
Join our dynamic team as a Demolition Laborer and be at the forefront of transforming spaces! In this energetic role, you will assist with the safe and efficient demolition of structures, ensuring projects progress smoothly from start to finish. Your hands-on expertise and proactive attitude will contribute to creating safe, clean, and ready sites for upcoming construction or renovation projects. This paid position offers an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in demolition, construction safety, and site management while working in a fast-paced environment that values your contribution.
Duties
Assist with the demolition of buildings, walls, flooring, roofing, and other structures using hand tools and power tools
Remove debris, and recyclable materials from work sites in accordance with safety protocols.
Support the disassembly of fixtures including cabinetry, doors, windows, and electrical or plumbing systems under supervision
Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency on site
Follow all safety guidelines and wear appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) at all times
Skills
Proven experience with construction site work, demolition activities, or related labor roles
Familiarity with hand tools such as sledgehammers, crowbars, chisels, and hammers; proficiency with power tools like drills and saws preferred
Knowledge of construction safety practices and proper PPE usage
Basic understanding of building systems including electrical wiring, plumbing, masonry, roofing, and concrete finishing
Strong physical stamina with the ability to lift heavy materials repeatedly and work in various weather conditions for 12-14 hours a day.
