Bilingual Treatment Coordinator – Full-Time

Company: Cool Smiles Orthodontics
Location: Orange County & Inland Empire, CA
Pay: $20.00–$24.00 per hour

At Cool Smiles Orthodontics, we're committed to delivering exceptional patient care through outstanding customer service, highly trained specialists, and state-of-the-art orthodontic treatment. We're looking for an experienced Bilingual Treatment Coordinator who is passionate about helping patients begin their smile journey while delivering an outstanding patient experience.

As a Treatment Coordinator, you'll play a key role in helping patients understand their treatment options, discussing financial arrangements, and building the confidence needed to move forward with care.

Responsibilities

  • Meet with patients following their orthodontic consultation to review treatment recommendations and next steps.
  • Present treatment plans, explain procedures, and answer patient questions with confidence and professionalism.
  • Discuss financial arrangements, insurance benefits, and available payment options.
  • Help patients feel informed and confident about beginning treatment.
  • Schedule new patient starts and follow up with pending treatment opportunities.
  • Coordinate with doctors and team members to maintain an efficient schedule and exceptional patient experience.
  • Maintain accurate patient records and complete required documentation.
  • Travel between office locations as needed to support business operations.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of two years of dental or orthodontic experience required.
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is required.
  • Experience presenting treatment plans and discussing financial options.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and customer service skills.
  • Knowledge of dental insurance and treatment coordination.
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel between office locations.
  • Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset.
