Job Summary


LA Health Solutions is actively hiring two Front Desk Coordinators to support our growing multi-specialty outpatient clinic in Baton Rouge. We are seeking dependable, organized, and patient-focused individuals who thrive in a fast-paced medical environment.

These openings will support either our:

  • Orthopedic/Spine team, or
  • Chiropractic/Physical Therapy team

The ideal candidate provides excellent customer service, communicates professionally with patients and staff, and can confidently multitask while managing a busy front desk.


Responsibilities
  • Greet and check in/check out patients professionally and efficiently
  • Schedule appointments and manage high-volume inbound calls
  • Verify and update patient information
  • Maintain accurate patient records and confidentiality
  • Coordinate with providers and clinical staff across departments
  • Support daily front office operations in a fast-paced clinical setting


Orthopedic/Spine Front Desk Responsibilities Include:
  • Coordinating appointments across multiple providers
  • Managing referrals, authorizations, and follow-up scheduling
  • Assisting patients with imaging and specialty appointment coordination


Chiropractic/Physical Therapy Front Desk Responsibilities May Include:
  • Managing high-volume patient flow and recurring appointments
  • Building strong patient relationships and delivering excellent service
  • Supporting daily therapy and chiropractic scheduling needs


Qualifications
  • Previous medical front desk, receptionist, or customer service experience preferred
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus
  • Strong communication and multitasking skills
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience with EHR/EMR systems preferred
  • Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
