Minimum Requirement:
  • Five (5) years minimum experience in framing.

Preferred Requirement:
  • B. S. and previous teaching experience preferred.

BLD 102 - MASONRY
Minimum Requirement:
  • Five (5) years minimum experience in concrete and brick work.

Preferred Requirement:
  • B.S. and previous teaching experience preferred.

BLD 103 - HOME ENERGY DYNAMICS
Minimum Requirement:
  • One to three (1-3) years minimum experience in Building Science with some experience in Energy Auditing procedures.

Preferred Requirement:
  • B. S. and previous teaching experience preferred.

BLD 105 - PRINT READING
Minimum Requirement:
  • Three (3) years minimum experience.

Preferred Requirement:
  • B. S. and previous teaching experience preferred.

BLD 140 - HVACR I

  • ICC certification in field that you are applying for.
